In the framework of a project funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the UPU will publish in 2012 and 2013 a series of case studies on postal financial inclusion best practices.
The first publication will present the case of the Postal Corporation of Kenya, which has developed an impressive number of partnerships for cash-in / cash out and bill payments. Read about the Kenya case here.
