Following the 2009 UPU-AFI conference on financial inclusion and postal banking, a forum on the development of postal financial services was held in Bern on the 23 April 2010. This event was targeting postal operators interested in developing financial services through their network. The presentations are made available below.

Postal Financial Inclusion Workshop, November 9th-10th, 2009
On the 9 and 10 November 2009, a two-day conference on financial inclusion and postal banking, chaired by Joëlle Toledano, was held at the Universal Postal Union’s headquarters in Bern (Switzerland) with the support of an information exchange grant by the Alliance For Financial Inclusion (AFI).
